Effulgent is hiring experienced full stack developers to join our team. We look for a certain set of qualities in our development staff since we interact directly with non-technical clients and keep a very rapid development pace. We practice pair programming, keep our project teams small (2-4), and focus on constantly delivering value to our clients through daily standups, rapid deployment, and an agile mindset. Technical Requirements:

• At least 2 years of professional experience working on fullstack production-deployed Django/Rails/ASP.NET applications
• Appreciation for test-driven development and CI/CD
• Experience in designing clean APIs and complex data schemas for Relational Database Systems
• Experience with using Linux and modern DevOps technologies
• Bonuses:
  • Experience with React and React Native
  • Experience with Elixir, particularly in the Phoenix web framework
  • Experience in iOS and / or Android app development
  • Experience in writing web services in a modern compiled language like Rust/Go
  • Understanding of vital web security concepts
